Ridgeline Air started with one van, one toolbox, and a founder tired of watching homeowners get overcharged for mystery repairs. Seventeen years later, the vans have multiplied — the promise hasn't changed.
Our story
In 2009, master technician Marcus Reyes was working for a big regional HVAC chain and hating what he saw: commission-driven quotes, rushed installs, and customers treated like transactions. So he bought a used van at auction, painted a mountain on the side, and started answering every call himself.
Word spread the old-fashioned way — one honest repair at a time. Today Ridgeline Air is a twelve-technician team serving the entire Front Range, but every hire still learns the same first lesson Marcus taught himself: the customer's trust is the only asset that matters.
2009
Marcus starts Ridgeline Air with one used van and a promise: show up on time, charge what you quoted.
2014
The team grows to five technicians and moves into the Summit View Drive shop.
2019
Ridgeline becomes one of the first Front Range companies certified for cold-climate heat pump installs.
2024
12,000th system serviced — and our 12th technician hired, three of them through our apprenticeship program.
